Therapeutic treatment methods to help you rise above your adversity

Welcome

Hi, I’m Yvonne Fritz, Psy.D.

Licensed Psychologist

I earned my undergraduate degree from Campbell University in 2011, followed by a Master’s and Doctorate (Psy.D.) degrees in Clinical Psychology from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia. My professional journey led me to Texas, where I completed both my clinical internship and post-doctoral fellowship. In 2022, I relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada, and established my private practice in Henderson, Nevada, the same year. I am currently licensed as a psychologist in Nevada and Texas.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and baking, reading, listening to music, and cheering on the Las Vegas Golden Knights.

My Services

I specialize in providing comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments for individuals across the lifespan. My experience includes evaluating a wide range of concerns, such as emotional challenges, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Specific Learning Disorders (SLDs), intellectual functioning, and questions related to diagnostic clarification.

FAQ

How do I start the evaluation process?

Scheduling a psychological or neuropsychological evaluation is simple! Please contact my office at 702-514-0098 to schedule an intake and evaluation appointment.

How long is the evaluation process?

My evaluation process consists of three structured appointments designed to provide comprehensive and individualized care:

1. Intake Appointment:

The first appointment is an opportunity to discuss your mental health concerns, explore issues related to the referral question, and provide important developmental history. This session typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes.

2. Evaluation Appointment:

The second appointment focuses on the assessment itself. Depending on the client’s age, the complexity of concerns, and overall level of developmental functioning, this one-on-one session typically ranges from 2 to 5 hours.

3. Feedback Session:

The third appointment is dedicated to reviewing the results. During this session, I provide a written report, offer a comprehensive review of any applicable diagnoses, and discuss appropriate resources and recommendations. This session generally lasts 45 to 60 minutes.

This structured approach ensures that each evaluation is thorough, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of every individual and family.

Are you accepting new therapy client?

At this time, I am not accepting new therapy clients.

What insurance do you accept?

I accept most major commercial insurance plans, including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (including out- of-state), Health Plan of Nevada (PPO/HMO), Sierra Healthcare Options (HMO/PPO), Behavioral Healthcare Options (HMO/PPO), United Healthcare (including most UMR plans), GEHA, Carelon, and Aetna commercial plans.

Please note that I am not in-network with any version of Medicaid or Medicare.

What if I don’t have insurance?

For those without insurance or who prefer to self-pay, I offer self-pay rates based on the complexity of the referral question and the age of the client. Evaluations for children ages 3 to 5 range from $700 to $900; for ages 5 to 15 from $1,500 to $1,900, and for individuals 16 and older, from $2,200 to $2,700. All self-pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate prior to services being rendered. Upon request, I can also provide a superbill for clients who wish to seek possible out- of-network reimbursement from their insurance company.

Payment plans are available, and I also offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments for those in need.
