Patient Portal
I utilize MyPsychAccess as a secure patient portal for all clients. Through this portal, you can easily access informed consent forms, brief introductory screeners, and your client records. I will send you information and an invitation to access your patient portal during our initial scheduling phone call. If you have any questions or concerns about using MyPsychAccess, please let me know, I am happy to assist you.
For clients without internet access, I am able to provide paper copies of intake forms in the office prior to your first appointment. If you choose to complete paper intake forms, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure you have ample time to complete the forms without interfering with your session.
